2021 Spring Showcase

For the past week, 8th grade science has been exploring genetics and how traits are passed down from parents to offspring. The 8th grade students have completed a project where they simulate two parents passing down traits to an offspring and then they take those traits and draw a “character” for Mr. Golen’s class and a “Purple People Eater” for Mrs. Scharosch’s class.
Part of this project is the students’ “characters” are entered into a competition. Whichever two students in each 8th grade science class get the most votes and will earn lunch next week. If you could please help us by looking at the attached characters from Mr. Golen’s and Mrs. Scharosh’s characters and then using this LINK to vote. That would be awesome!
